All carpets are treated with a pre spotter and pre-conditioner before cleaning. This suspends any dirt and oil so that it can be easily rinsed out. Then the carpet is cleaned with a truck mounted hot water extraction system. Most light furniture is carefully moved, replaced and blocked during cleaning. The carpet is then raked to aid in drying and set nap.
